Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.

Located near Joo Koon, Singapore, the role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm and offers a performance bonus.

Applicants should have a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience; familiarity with Singapore regulations is preferred, with SAGE X3 experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standard practices, and Singapore laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL reconciliations, billing, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow reports, management reports, schedules, AR ageing reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage petty cash, supplier payments, customer invoice reconciliations, and the Fixed Asset Register.
• Support GST returns, corporate income tax matters, audits, corporate secretarial matters, and other assigned accounting duties.
