Job summary

ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage full sets of accounts for multiple Singapore-incorporated entities.

This Permanent role is based at 47 Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore, with 5-days work week and hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will handle month-end closings, prepare management accounts and financial statements, and liaise with auditors, tax agents and secretarial providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• ACCA or CPA qualification required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven ability to handle full sets of accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Review invoices, payments, receipts and banking transactions.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external tax agents on corporate income tax matters.
• Coordinate with corporate secretarial service providers on statutory matters.
• Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders on accounting and audit matters.
• Monitor cash flow and funding requirements.
