TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks an organized accounting professional in Singapore to manage AP/AR processes, reconcile accounts, and assist with monthly and yearly closings.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in line with company policies. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting or finance and 1–3 years of related experience, with preference for those from construction or civil engineering

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing.
• Ability to start on short notice is a plus.

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
• Handle accounts receivable functions, including invoice issuance, payment collection, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve accounting queries and issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, preferably from construction or civil engineering industries.
• Proven experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Candidate who is available to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
