The Accounts Executive shall be fully knowledgeable and responsible in the accounts receivable and payable, tax requirements and submission, detail orientated and tidy in book keeping.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm in Singapore, with a salary range of SGD 3,000– SGD 4,000 per month, reporting to Finance Manager.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction/process industry.
• Experience in full set accounts, liaising with auditors and company secretary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel/Word.

Mansioni

• Handle full set accounts (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end closing).
• Manage GST, corporate income tax, statutory audits and other Singapore compliance matters, with external advisers.
• Prepare journal entries, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Perform day-to-day accounting data entry.
• Report to Finance Manager on discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

• Handle Full Set Accounts (Accounts payable/receivables, bank reconciliations, month end closing ect)
• Manage GST, corporate income tax, statutory audit and other Singapore compliance matters, with support from external advisers where appropriate.
• Prepare journal entries, P&L, balance-sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules and financial reports.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Perform day-day accounting data entries.
• Reports to Finance Manager should there be any discrepancies or issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management as required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Min. 3 years experience in construction/process industry;
• Experience in construction/process industry is highly preferred.
• Understands how construction accounts works and identifies the revenue and cost based on the completion progress.
• Have experience in preparation of full set account, liaising with auditor and company secretary.
• Hands-on and meticulous individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Accounting software, MS Excel and Words.
