Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Accounts Executive at our Boon Lay location to support SME clients with full set accounts and financial reporting. The role offers exposure to GST, tax, and compliance as part of a busy accounting services firm.

You will prepare financial statements, handle reconciliations, manage payables/receivables, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Working hours are 5 days, 9AM–6PM, with a monthly salary of 4000 SGD plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.
• Support GST, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with clients to resolve accounting matters and provide financial support.
• Guide junior team members and improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tax, payroll, corporate secretarial) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and relevant accounting regulations.
• Utilise accounting software and digital tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
