Job summary

Bensyl Consultancy Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region, Singapore. This full-time role supports financial operations and ensures accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.

You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, monthly reports, and coordinate with clients and vendors while complying with relevant standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Executive or bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency with Xero or MYOB.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including AP/AR, bank reconciliations and GL.
• Preparing monthly financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Liaising with clients, vendors and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
