Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial accounting, reporting and compliance. The role covers AP/AR, project costing, tax submissions, payroll support, and client/vendor communications in a dynamic Singapore-based team.

The ideal candidate will handle month-end close, bank reconciliations, audit coordination and ensure timely payments and accurate financial statements. On-site work with cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of GST, IRAS rules and local compliance.
• Payroll administration experience.
• Strong document control and filing skills.
• Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
• Handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments; monitor receivables.
• Reconcile accounts with subcontractors and suppliers; manage contracts.
• Track project expenses and analyse variances; assist in budget/tender preparation.
• Prepare GST submissions and ensure IRAS/Cpf compliance; corporate tax support.
• Assist payroll administration and maintain documentation; coordinate with HR on claims.
• Coordinate with clients on billings and with vendors on payments.
