Job summary

NEW CONCEPT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive for a flexible, onsite role at our Sembawang office with a 2- or 4-day work week.

You will manage daily accounting, invoicing, GST, and month-end close using Xero and MS Office, with Mandarin fluency required for client communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting.
• Proficient with Xero/MYOB/Freshbooks and MS Office.
• Mandarin fluency required for client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting and finance duties including receivables and payables processing.
• Maintain general ledger and perform bank reconciliations using Xero.
• Prepare and issue invoices, SOA, credit memos and other billing matters.
• Prepare GST submissions and assist in month-end/year-end closing.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting and filing.
• Handle incoming calls and redirect queries as needed.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on accounts matters.
