MINDFULNESS CITY INVESTMENT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to independently manage full set accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely payroll processing to support business operations and financial integrity.

The role requires hands-on experience with AP/AR/GL, GST processing, and month-end closings. Proficiency in Xero and Excel is preferred; Mandarin is a plus. Office located at Ubi, Singapore, with a 5-day work week and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant in-house accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in handling full set accounts independently.
• Experience with AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, payroll, and GST processing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full set accounts to ensure accurate and compliant financial records.
• Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and prepare journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies for accurate cash balances.
• Prepare and submit GST returns to comply with tax regulations and deadlines.
• Assist with month-end closing activities to support timely financial statements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
• Liaise with external service providers to facilitate financial and administrative processes.
• Support finance and administrative matters as assigned to contribute to operational efficiency.
