Job summary

The role covers processing AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings, ensuring accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will handle GST reporting, assist payroll as needed, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to maintain accurate financial flow.
• Prepare journal entries to record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing activities for timely reporting.
• Prepare financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation for internal/external use.
• Process employee claims and support payroll administration as needed.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit readiness.
• Assist with GST reporting, audit preparation, and other statutory compliance.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support Finance Department.
