Job summary

ISO-TEAM CORPORATION PTE LTD invites a diligent finance professional to manage full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports, including project WIP. You will review the accounts assistant's work, oversee cash flow, and liaise with customers on receivables.

Requirements include a Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification. Experience in construction industry is preferred, with knowledge of statutory and tax requirements and ISO45001-related safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/ICAEW accepted).
• Strong accounting knowledge and practical accounting skills.
• Pro-active, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports (including project WIP).
• Review the work of accounts assistant and provide guidance.
• Manage cashflow and receivables; liaise with customers.
• Prepare budget forecasts for the company.
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis; other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and standards.
