Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts including general ledger and accounting records
• Perform month-end and year-end closing with accruals, provisions and reconciliations
• Process supplier invoices, payments and staff claims accurately and promptly
• Monitor customer receivables and chase overdue payments
• Prepare GST returns, IRAS filings and other statutory reports for Singapore
• Assist with payroll administration and budgeting activities
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules for year-end audits
• Coordinate with banks on banking facilities and account documentation
• Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management
