Job summary

Raymond Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Finance professional to manage full set of accounts, prepare monthly management reports including project WIP, and guide junior staff. The role emphasizes timely financial closing, cashflow monitoring, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Candidates should have a diploma in accountancy or equivalent with experience in construction, and be proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management report (including project work-in-progress report) on time.
• Review the work of accounts assistant and provide guidance to them.
• Manage the company cashflow by monitoring on the accounts receivables collection and liaising with the customers.
• Preparation of budget forecast for the company.
• Ensure all statutory and tax requirements for the company are met by liaising with various external parties such as auditors and tax agent.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO45001 and other management systems.
