Job summary

JC Group in Singapore is seeking a capable accountant to manage full sets of accounts for local and overseas clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will handle tax computations, GST submissions, and audit support to optimize tax savings.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, plus strong English and Mandarin communication, will help you deliver timely, quality financial reporting and client servicing.

Qualifications

• Certification in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Xero; familiar with other accounting software.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for local and overseas clients to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform data entry and prepare monthly and yearly accounting records, reconciliations, and schedules for month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare quarterly GST accounts for submission to IRAS, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Compile audit schedules and respond to auditor queries to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Prepare annual tax computations for clients to meet statutory requirements.
• Provide simple tax advisory services to clients aimed at optimizing tax savings.
• Compile unaudited financial reports to support client financial transparency
