Job summary

CJ RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Singapore to support invoicing, collections and month-end processes. You will collaborate with sales, logistics and finance to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow.

The role emphasizes precise data entry, reconciliation of AR with the general ledger, preparation of aging reports, and assisting audits. Previous AR exposure and attention to detail are valued for maintaining strong financial control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Manage customer credit limits and elevate payment risks where necessary
• Match and post incoming payments against invoices, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger against the general ledger monthly
• Prepare AR aging reports and collection performance summaries for management
• Maintain accurate customer account records, including issuing credit/debit notes
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Support month-end closing and assist with audit requirements
