Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable clerk in Singapore to handle supplier invoices, reimbursements, and monthly closing. You will process payments using D365 and prepare AP schedules with accuracy.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and relevant AP experience. D365 familiarity is advantageous; salary is SGD 3,100–3,400 plus a SGD 90 transport allowance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in Accounts Payable / accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare petty cash claim listings and submit for payment.
• Prepare AP schedules and ensure credit notes/claims are received.
• Handle GST reporting information for quarterly filings.
• Record data entries and postings for expense reimbursements in D365.
• Perform 3-way matching for trade payable invoices and PO accuracy.
• Match vendor delivery orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Post purchase journals and monitor month-end activities.
• Support year-end stock counts and asset-related postings.
