Qualifications

• ITE CBS in Accounting, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ABSS knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous accounting experience advantageous.
• Positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and accurate recording of incoming payments.
• Execute accounts payable tasks including timely processing of supplier invoices and payments through online systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing and submitting GST returns accurately and on schedule.
• Perform intercompany billing and reconcile intercompany accounts to maintain accurate records.
• Monitor cash flow by tracking accounts receivable and payable aging and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register to ensure accurate asset tracking.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to support the finance team.
