Job summary

ACFOSS PAC is seeking an Accounts Executive in Singapore to prepare full sets of accounts for clients using accounting software and to assist with GST submissions and tax computations.

The role includes preparing schedules and reports for management and for annual financial statements, and aiding in special assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related qualifications.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication in English (Mandarin helpful for liaising).
• Familiar with accounting software: SAGE Accpac, QuickBooks, MYOB.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts for clients using accounting software.
• Assist in GST submissions, tax computations and preparation of schedules/reports for management and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• You would be involved in the preparation of full sets of accounts for clients using accounting software, assist in the preparation of information for GST submissions, tax computations as well as the preparation of schedules and reports for both management and for the preparation of the client’s annual financial report and to assist in other special assignments.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationship.

Requirements

• Candidates must be suitably qualified with at least Diploma/Advanced Diplomas/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other professional qualifications
• At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Familiar with accounting software (SAGE Accpac , Quickbooks , MYOB)
