Uhy Lee Seng Chan & Co. is seeking an Accounts Executive/Senior to manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients, including payroll, GST filing, and financial reporting. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timely month-end close, and coordination with auditors and tax authorities.
The ideal candidate will have ACCA or accounting-related degree, 2–4 years of experience, and be proficient in cloud accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online, XERO, or JustLogin. Mandarin communication is a plus.
Accounts Executive/ Senior
Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely record of accounting transactions.
Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing.
Checking, verifying and processing expenses submitted by clients.
Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices.
Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
Ensure timely and accurate month end-closing and financial reporting.
Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS.
Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.
Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma.
2 years of experience for Executive, 4 years of relevant experience for Senior in Accounting related environments.
For Senior roles, experience in supervising staff/team is required.
Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board.
good knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud based accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks on-line, XERO and/or JustLogin.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
