Job summary

ERABELLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to support commission calculation, stock takes, and day-to-day financial tasks.

The role requires a diploma with at least 3 years' experience, proficiency in Studio Manager and MS Office, and bilingual English/Mandarin for liaison with Mandarin-speaking associates. You will work in a dynamic team and handle pressure with independence.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Studio Manager and MS Office; bilingual English/Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Process commission calculations in a timely manner.
• Perform general accounting duties.
• Conduct stock takes and liaise with centre colleagues on operations issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma (Finance / Accountancy / Banking) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Studio Manager software
• Competent in using Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Must be willing to learn and work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
