Aesthetics Marketing Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Accountant to manage the daily accounting functions for a beauty and wellness company in Singapore. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, GL, journal entries, and ensure timely, accurate financials.

You will prepare GST reports and support audits, while communicating in English and Mandarin with customers and vendors. 5-day work week with medical and hospitalisation benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• GCE ‘O’ Level and LCCI in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and post journal entries and process payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Perform account reconciliations and track expenses to verify accuracy and control costs
• Submit quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage debtor and creditor accounts to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships
• Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
• Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking customers to resolve accounting-related queries
• Assist with administrative and finance-related tasks to support overall department efficiency

Job Summary
