The role of the Accounts Executive is to maintain the records of reconciliations of our F&B outlets and record sales, expenses, and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily sales and collection reconciliations for F&B outlets.
  • Prepare and verify daily sales reconciliation, including collections and vouchers.
  • Accurately record sales, expenses, and costs from various campaigns and activities.
  • Record and process invoices, merchant charges, and fees.
  • Review, record, and adjust asset entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Reclassify and adjust system postings and journal entries based on transaction nature.
  • Prepare billing statements with supporting documents as per customer requests or corporate requirements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Prepare financial schedules and reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies with the operations team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory reporting and audit requirements.
  • Participate in stock takes and company events as required.
  • Perform necessary tasks to ensure proper and timely month-end closing of accounts.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support the finance and accounting functions.
Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in F&B industry.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Possess basic Excel skills and communication skills.
  • Opportunity to advance in other roles if shows positive attitude, relevant skills, and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English would be beneficial, as the candidate will need to communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking teammates across various departments.
