Asiatic Agricultural Industries Pte is seeking an Accounts Clerk to support day-to-day AR and AP functions, invoice processing, and GST reporting. The role involves assisting in monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations, with ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of Department.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent and is eager to learn. Fresh graduates (0-2 years) are welcome; on-site work at Gul Circle with 5 days per week schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT or equivalent qualification required.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience is welcome; relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Navision ERP is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day AR and AP tasks.
• Assist with customer billings and invoicing.
• Assist in GST reporting.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department.
