Job summary

ASIATIC AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking an accounting professional to manage day-to-day AR and AP tasks, assist with invoicing, and support GST obligations. The role includes monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and able to start immediately or on short notice; Gul Circle location with MRT access provided for commuting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Navision accounting system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Assist with customer billings and invoicing.
• Assist in GST reporting.
• Handle monthly bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
