Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Accounts Clerk to support day-to-day accounting tasks in Singapore. You will process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions, assist with collections and maintain accurate records.

The role also involves assisting with month-end close, basic bank reconciliations and providing general accounting support to the team. A Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field is required, with up to 2 years of experience and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Up to 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience will be advantageous
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions
• Assist with customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records
• Prepare payment schedules and assist with bank reconciliations
• Handle basic payment and account-related enquiries
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide general accounting and finance administrative support to the team
