Job summary

ZAGRO SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting for a small company. You will handle AP/AR, prepare bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing and management reporting.

The role requires a degree, diploma, LCCI, CAT, or equivalent, hands-on experience, and familiarity with ACCPAC Accounting Software. You must be meticulous, able to work independently, and comfortable meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, LCCI, CAT, or equivalent qualification.
• Hands on working experience is a must.
• Proficiency in ACCPAC Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Involve in month-end closing activities and management reporting.
• Maintain the full set of accounts for a small company independently.
• Provide accounting support to the Accounts Department.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
