Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level finance assistant to join our team. You will process supplier invoices, staff claims and payments, and support day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accounting or a related field, have up to 1–2 years of experience, and are detail-oriented with strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field is required.
• Up to 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable with numbers.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions.
• Assist with customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records.
• Prepare payment schedules and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Handle basic payment and account-related enquiries.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide general accounting and finance administrative support to the team.
