Job summary

FSL Express Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an accounts assistant to join our Finance team full-time at Changi Cargo Complex.

You will support daily accounting tasks, ensure timely processing of transactions, and help maintain accuracy across AR and AP. The role involves preparing invoices, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and assisting with month-end closings. We value detail-oriented, reliable individuals who can start immediately and thrive in a busy logistics

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Candidates with less experience but good attitude welcome.
Basic knowledge of AP and AR.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately.
Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
Assist with supplier invoices and month-end closing.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers as required.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
