Job summary

COMONE INT'L LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting support specialist to manage AR, AP and GL transactions, process invoices and reconciliations, and assist with GST matters.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Mandarin is used for business communication, and eligibility is restricted to Singapore Citizens or PR.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or SPM with 2–3 years.
• Familiar with AR, AP and GL functions.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR, AP and GL transactions.
• Process invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Assist with GST matters.
• Perform daily accounting duties and ad hoc tasks.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to Account Manager.
