Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a finance professional in Singapore to assist in preparing financial statements, recording transactions, and maintaining accounting records. The role offers a base up to SGD 3,200 with a variable bonus and a 5-day work week at 9am–6pm, located at Paya Lebar.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience and is proficient in Excel and XERO.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).
• Record financial transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Analyze finances to identify cost reduction and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team.
