Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting an Account Assistant (Full Set) located at Paya Lebar. The role handles full-set accounting, reporting, and financial processes with Monday to Friday work hours from 9am to 6pm and a base monthly salary up to S$3,200 plus variable bonus.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience and will maintain compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain accounting records
• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Perform financial analysis and assist in identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Maintain a strong understanding of local accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required
