Job summary

Samsonite International S.A. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of A/P and A/R duties. The role supports month-end closings, intercompany reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation while working in a multinational environment.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting qualification, are proficient in Excel, and have SAP exposure. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years of relevant experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; 1–3 years of accounting experience in an MNC is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP; hands-on SAP experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of A/P duties: invoice recording, expense reimbursements, and GRIR matching.
• Handle full spectrum of A/R duties: issue debit/credit notes and monitor collections.
• Assist month-end closing, GL accruals, and prepayments; prepare audit schedules.
• Assist year-end closing and provide documents for auditors and tax consultants.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
