Job summary

FA SYSTEMS AUTOMATION (S) PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant in Singapore to manage accounts payable and payments, coordinate with external parties, and perform daily bank reconciliations. The role requires at least 1 year of accounting experience and exposure to SAP.

The successful candidate will work independently, contribute to timely financial closing, and collaborate with a supportive finance team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in handling accounts.
• Knowledge of accounting software, preferably with SAP experience.
• Possess initiative, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external account party.
• Prepare payments (Cheque, GIRO, TT, FAST & Pay Now).
• Prepare bank reconciliation and update bank transaction daily.
• Perform all assigned duties and tasks within scheduled time.
