Job summary

THINK ONE AUTOMOBILE & TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an diligent Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting duties in our Ubi office.

You will handle payables and receivables, assist in monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate filing to support audits. The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GST compliance and Singapore accounting standards is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate record of financial data.
