Qualifications

• CAT, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Singapore Citizens or PRs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register.
• Ensure accounting and administrative tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
