Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and finance operations. The role is based at Tuas View Crescent with a 2-way company bus from Jurong Point.

Offering S$2,000–S$2,500 basic plus AWS and Bonus, this position emphasizes AP/AR, invoicing, data entry and general admin with a 5-day workweek and one Work-From-Home day per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, ITE Accounting, GCE 'A'/'O' Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience - AP/AR.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting and finance operations.
• Handle AP & AR functions.
• Process supplier/customer invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform data entry.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist with stationery & grocery procurement/inventory.
• Support staff welfare and general administrative matters.
• Assist with training room setup and arrangements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
