A well-known retail company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for financial operations and administrative support. In this role, you will manage financial documents and payments, assist in financial reporting, and provide administrative support to internal teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years' experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The store offers an array of Pokémon merchandise such as toys, stationeries, video games, trading card games and many more, as well as original merchandise that are exclusive to Singapore!
Manage all payments, reimbursement and other financial tasks with accuracy of all financial documents, invoices, and records.
Assisting with preparation of accurate financial reports on expenses, taxes, and other financial data to the higher management for forecasting purposes.
Coordinate as the primary contact point between the company and external auditors, accounting firms.
Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to internal teams in the company.
Oversee the tracking of company assets, properties and facilities.
Coordinate with suppliers and external parties in vendor contract-related matters.
Serve as the primary contact person when coordinating with various government agencies.
To complete other duties and obligations as assigned by the company, that is coherent with your job responsibilities.
Have a Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, finance, business administration, or any related field or;
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting, finance or admin position.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including HQ finance team in Japan.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Having a positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities under general administrative tasks in office.
Comfortable and confident working in a cross-cultural environment, collaborating closely with teams in Japan and Singapore.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel or related software)
