Job summary

Ohmyhome Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Admin Executive to join our Finance team in Singapore. This full-time role provides essential support to accounting operations, processing financial transactions accurately and on time, and helping maintain financial records in compliance with policies.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and support audits.

Qualifications

  • A recognised accounting qualification or diploma such as ACCA, AAT, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; quick learner.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record financial transactions including invoices, expenses and payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers and subsidiary accounts for accuracy.
  • Prepare statements, reports and reconciliations for senior finance staff.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payment scheduling and overdue payments.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain orderly financial records per policies and accounting standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support with general administrative tasks and audit documentation.

About the role

Ohmyhome Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Admin Executive to join our Finance team in the Redhill Central Region. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organisation. As an Accounts Admin Executive, you will provide essential support to our accounting operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is instrumental in supporting the broader finance function and contributes directly to the company's financial health and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments, with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts, ledgers, and subsidiary accounts to ensure all records are current and accurate

  • Preparing financial documents such as statements, reports, and reconciliations for review by senior finance staff

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and chasing outstanding payments

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

  • Maintaining organised and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve discrepancies and queries related to accounts

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the Finance team, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

  • Supporting audit activities by providing necessary documentation and information as required

What we're looking for
  • A recognised accounting qualification or diploma, such as ACCA, AAT, or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance

  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years working in an accounting or finance administrative role

  • Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external contacts

  • Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information

  • Preferred: Experience in a similar industry or with fast-growing organisations, and familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms
