MCI Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting an Accounting Clerk to handle daily AP/AR duties, process invoices, payments, and journal entries in a Singapore office. The role supports cash flow tracking and monthly closings, working with AutoCount and Excel-based records.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Accounting or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Training and growth opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) duties.
• Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries.
• Monitor outstanding payables/receivables and follow up on payments and collections.
• Perform SOA reconciliation and check creditor/debtor ageing reports.
• Maintain daily cash flow and bank balance records.
• Handle accounting data entry and maintain records using AutoCount.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and coordinate with Sales/Logistics on stock discrepancies.
• Support monthly financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing.
