Job summary

CITIC TELECOM INTERNATIONAL CPC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full-set accounts, month-end closures, and intercompany transactions. You will prepare statutory returns, bank reconciliations, and assist auditors in a fast-paced Singapore office.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, knowledge of Oracle, and strong Excel/Word skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin. Independent, proactive team player who can drive accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accountancy is required.
• 3–5 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set of accounts including month-end closing and schedules.
• Prepare billing to customers.
• Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
• Record intercompany transactions and issue invoices to group company.
• Prepare journals and data entries.
• Prepare GST/profit tax returns.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Follow up receivables collections and update customer accounts.
• Manage cashflow and cooperate with treasury initiatives.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulators.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• To handle full-set of accounts included month-end closing and schedules preparation
• To prepare billing to customers
• To check invoices from vendors and handle account payments
• To record intercompany transactions and prepare invoice to group company
• To prepare journals & data entries
• To prepare and submit GST/profit tax returns
• To prepare bank reconciliation
• To follow up receivable collections and update customer accounts information
• To manage cashflow of the company
• To cooperate with Group company's treasury initiatives, including change of bank account, cash pooling arrangement etc.
• To liaise with external auditor and local regulatory authorities
• To handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor of Accountancy
• 3-5 years accounting experience
• Knowledge of computerized accounting system, hands-on experience in Oracle System is preferred
• Familiar with PC skills in MS Excel, MS Word
• Good analytical skills with a flair for numbers & an eye for accuracy
• Have a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Be able to work independently, self-motivated, outgoing, good team player and result driven
