Job summary

M.Tech Products Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the finance function, prepare monthly group consolidated accounts and SGX announcements, and manage group reporting. The role requires coordinating with tax, audit, and company secretarial matters across regional entities.

You will supervise daily finance operations, guide a regional team, and support budgets and cash flow forecasts using Oracle Netsuite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in MNC, public listed company, medium/big 4 audit firm or high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Oracle Netsuite knowledge is an added advantage.
• Organised, meticulous and highly initiative with positive attitude to learn.
• Good team player to work independently and manage a team.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly group consolidated accounts and reporting schedules.
• Prepare SGX announcement - financial statement.
• Prepare group consolidated financial statements.
• Handle and review full sets of regional accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead and guide finance team.
• Responsible for daily supervision of finance team and finance operations.
• Handle corporate income tax and other tax related compliance matters.
• Liaise with Company secretary on secretarial matters.
• Liaise with Internal Auditors on internal audit.
• Liaise with External Auditors on statutory audit and draft audited financial statements.
• Handle operational and finance issues and liaise with respective departments internally and/or respective parties externally.
• Liaise with project team on issues with Oracle Netsuite system.
• Assist preparation of regional budgets and cash flow forecast.
• Handle ad-hoc assigned projects

Requirements:
