Job summary

TOP ONE CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a competent Accounts & HR Assistant to manage the full set of accounts, payroll and HR-related tasks. The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

You will coordinate with auditors, tax agents and authorities, handle payroll, CPF submissions and statutory filings. This position involves light administration and ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and related financial tasks.
• Perform monthly payroll preparation and CPF submission.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and tax authorities.
• Responsible for HR duties and general admin tasks.
• Manage IRAS AIS/IR8A and corporate income tax matters.
• Handle MOM WPOL/EPOL matters and other statutory compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

• Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources,
• Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission
• Responsible of IRAS AIS,IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax etc.
• MOM WPOL/EPOL/ matter
• Handling other admin duties
• Perform any other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
