Job summary

ROYAL GOLD SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients. You will understand their needs, coordinate internal teams, and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with product, sales and support, handling renewals, and reporting progress to management. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years in account management, sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
