Asia-Pacific International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary client contact, understand needs, coordinate internal teams, and identify growth opportunities to drive account success and revenue expansion.

You will build lasting client relationships, collaborate with product, sales, and support teams, manage renewals, and track account health to deliver progress updates to clients and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of account management, sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Strong MS Office and CRM knowledge (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
• Proficient verbal, written, and presentation communication skills applied in client interactions
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Demonstrated negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills in client-facing roles
