Job summary

Richemont Luxury seeks a motivated Accounting Intern to join its Finance team and gain hands-on experience across accounting processes within a global luxury group.

The role focuses on documenting AR/AP/GL/Tax processes, creating SOPs, and developing user-friendly Concur guidance and training materials for business users. You will also assist with data entry, reconciliation, and month-end close tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, financial statements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Document existing accounting processes (AR, AP, GL, Tax, Financial Reporting) with SOPs and controls.
• Create user-friendly Concur guidance, FAQs, and training materials for business users.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis to support month-end/year-end closing.
