Job summary

Richemont, a global leader in luxury, seeks a CRM Intern to support CRM initiatives, data operations, and regional events. You will work with Salesforce, SAP, and clienteling apps to enhance client engagement while learning cross-functional processes.

You will collaborate with regional teams, assist in reporting, newsletters, and event planning initiatives within a multi-cultural luxury environment.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about luxury markets and clienteling tools.
• You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data processing and presentations.
• You demonstrate attention to detail, proactive collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM operations, data capture, and clienteling reports in Salesforce.
• Assist regional CRM events and client recruitment initiatives and maintain event calendars.
• Coordinate vendor accounts in SAP and track payments for events.
