Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an Accounting Intern to document accounting processes across AR, AP, GL, tax, and financial reporting. The role includes creating SOPs and workflows, ensuring accuracy while collaborating with the finance team.

You will develop user-friendly Concur guidance, address common user queries, and may support small training sessions for business users. Practical experience in a global luxury group is offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, financial statements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Document accounting processes across AR/AP/GL/Tax and Financial Reporting.
• Map workflows, document SOPs, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance team to gather information and validate steps.
• Develop user guidance for Concur expense management and train users as needed.
• Provide general finance support including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis for month-end/year-end close.
