Job summary

Richemont Luxury (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a leading luxury group, is offering an internship to support business operations across South-east Asia & Oceania. You will assist with stock management and wholesale invoicing, collaborating with Merchandising, Commercial, and Logistics teams to drive operational efficiency.

You will also contribute to retail excellence projects, develop reporting tools, and help maintain the collection/pricelist handbook.

Responsibilities

• Support stock management and wholesale invoicing with Merchandising, Commercial and Logistics teams.
• Assist in reporting and analytics to improve standard reporting practices.
• Maintain the collection/pricelist handbook and assist with HQ projects.
• Contribute to retail performance and data-driven decision making.

Job description

We are seeking an intern to support business operations across South-east Asia & Oceania. You'll assist with stock management and wholesale invoicing, working with Merchandising, Commercial, and Logistics teams. Your contributions will support operational efficiency.

You will also support retail excellence initiatives, assisting with projects such as: New Analytics tools Boutique Operations Support (Logistics and SAP) HQ project rollouts Customer Experience projects PLAYING YOUR PART

You will contribute to retail performance through reporting and analysis. This includes assisting in improving reporting standards and maintaining the collection/pricelist handbook. Your analytical skills will help identify areas for improvement.

Your communication skills will be essential. This internship will provide a broad understanding of the business.
