Richemont, a global leader in luxury, seeks an Accounting Intern to join the Finance team in Singapore. You will document accounting processes, develop user-friendly Concur guidance, and support month-end activities in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., debits/credits, financial statements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Assist in comprehensive documentation of existing accounting processes across AR, AP, GL, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Map out workflows, identify key controls, and document SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance team members to gather information and validate steps.
• Develop clear, concise Concur guidance materials and training documentation for business users.
• Identify common user queries and challenges related to Concur and create solutions-oriented resources.
• Potentially assist in small training sessions or workshops on Concur functionalities.
• Provide general support to the finance department on various tasks and projects.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
