Responsabilités

• Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks for client accounts.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, schedules, and working papers.

• Assist with GST, tax, audit, and compliance-related documentation where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support client deliverables.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as an Accounting & Finance Operations Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, statutory compliance support, and day-to-day finance operations within a professional client servicing environment. This role sits within the Accounting & Finance Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks for client accounts.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, schedules, and working papers.
• Help maintain accurate accounting records and organise supporting documents in a timely manner.
• Assist with GST, tax, audit, and compliance-related documentation where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support client deliverables.
• Provide administrative support for finance operations, process improvements, and ad-hoc assignments.

Skills & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with numbers and documentation.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a professional services environment.
